Integrative Restauration iRest® Yoga Nidra is a simple yet highly effective form of meditation that is easy to learn and practice. It is suiteable for everyone of all ages and walks of life. It's espcially helpful for parents where ever you are along your parenting journey.

iRest is an evidence-based, trauma informed, transformative meditation and deep relaxation program. This mind-body approach will help you relax deeply, release stress and tension, increase your resiliency and improve your overall sense of wellbeing and vitality. Growing research shows iRest® effectively reduces stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, chronic pain & post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and cultivates your capactity to experience joy, equanimity & wellbeing in daily life.

During this 6 week course, you will learn the 10 step protocol through discussion, experience and sharing, as well as explore how to apply iRest® in your daily life.

This course is hosted by Fiona Donohoe-Bales, a senior yoga teacher, yoga therapist, counsellor and Level One iRest® Instructor. Fiona has studied extensively in the area of yoga and mental health and is now excited to share these sacred wisdome teachings with her local community.
