Mandalas are a wonderful way to deepen your connection with your growing baby. In this experiential guided PLAYshop we'll be exploring some gentle yet powerful processes that will help you recognise, resolve and reframe any fears or doubts you might have around becoming a mother. We'll also explore your hopes and dreams for the birth through intention, visualisation and creative expression.
