iRestⓇ Yoga Nidra - 6 Week Course


iRest® Yoga Nidra is a simple, accessible and highly effective form of meditation that is easy to learn and practice. It is suitable for everyone of all ages and walks of life and offers profound tools for transformation and improved wellbeing.

iRest is an evidence-based, trauma informed, transformative meditation and deep relaxation program developed by my teacher Dr Richard Miller. This mind-body approach will help you relax deeply, release stress and tension, increase your resiliency and improve your overall sense of wellbeing and vitality.

While enjoying deep rest in a supported prone position practitioners of yoga nidra are guided through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self); a systematic meditation that leaves you feeling refreshed, centred and calm.

iRest offers a truly integrative approach to healing unresolved issues and past traumas that may be effecting your current health and wellbeing. The practice of iRest allows participants to rediscover inner peace and equanimity regardless of the changing circumstances of life.

This course is hosted by Fiona Donohoe-Bales, a senior (1,000 + Hours) yoga teacher, yoga therapist, registered counsellor and Level One iRest® Instructor. Fiona has studied extensively in the area of yoga and mental health and is now excited to share these sacred wisdom teachings with you.

iRest Yoga Nidra is open to everyone and is particularly helpful for new parents. In fact, that's where my own journey with Yoga Nidra began. This profoundly healing practice supported me through many sleepless nights in the early years of motherhood! I'm delighted to be now sharing these invaluable tools with a new generation of mamas.
